Operate as de facto Chief of Staff and technical operations lead to the founder, owning the systems, infrastructure, and communications a US based consulting firm runs on. Architected a company wide SOP management platform with role based access and personalized staff dashboards, and built an operations backbone of more than forty live automations across Airtable, Zapier, Make.com, and Microsoft Outlook and Teams spanning scheduling, CRM, and reporting. The operation runs on the systems I design and maintain.

Hi! I'm Miracle Okoh, a Technical Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, and Chief of Staff partner who builds the systems senior leaders run their businesses on. I blend high trust executive support with automation and systems design, so the founders and leaders I work with get their time back, and can focus on leading, not managing.
I hold a B.S. in Microbiology, but found my real calling in operations: the quiet architecture that lets a business move fast without breaking. Over the last 3 years, I have operated as a strategic right hand to founders and senior leaders across five continents, owning the systems, workflows, and decision infrastructure their teams run on.
Today I operate as Chief of Staff and Technical Operations partner to the founder of a consulting firm, working remotely in the USA as a contractor, owning executive administration, client relationships, internal and external communications, and the software infrastructure the business runs on. I have designed and built systems end to end, from a company wide SOP management platform to an operations backbone of more than forty automations.
I am also the author of Build a Business That Runs Itself with AI, a playbook on designing intelligent systems that work while you don't, and I am certified in generative AI and responsible AI through Google Cloud, and in automation through Airtable and Make.
